Surgical Dentistry
We diagnose and surgically treat various conditions involving the soft and hard tissues (teeth and bones) of the oral cavity in a specially equipped local anesthesia operating room. Common procedures include the extraction of impacted, complicated, or erupted teeth; the medical and surgical management of oral, jaw, and facial infections; and the treatment of cystic or tumorous formations in the jaws and at tooth roots, all of which fall under the scope of oral surgery.

Third molars, commonly known as wisdom teeth, may sometimes fail to erupt properly and become impacted, leading to inflammation and discomfort for the patient.
In such cases, surgical extraction is carried out following an appropriate treatment plan. These procedures are performed painlessly and with minimal discomfort. When post-operative care instructions are followed, the healing process is generally smooth and uncomplicated.
We provide diagnosis and surgical treatment for a wide range of conditions affecting the soft and hard tissues (teeth and bones) within the oral cavity, all conducted in a local anesthesia operating room setting.
Frequently asked questions about implant treatment
What are the surgical procedures?
Oral surgery mainly deals with the extraction of impacted, complicated or erupted teeth; medical and surgical treatments of infections in the mouth, jaw and face; and treatments of cystic and tumoral formations in the jaws and root tips.
In which cases should I have my impacted teeth extracted?
Third molars, also known as impacted or wisdom teeth, sometimes fail to erupt and can become infected, causing problems for the patient. Sometimes, due to insufficient space in the jaw, they disrupt the alignment of other teeth while erupting. Since they are located in the back area and are difficult for the toothbrush to reach, if they pose a risk of early decay and decay of the front tooth, extraction may be considered. In this case, surgical extractions can be performed by following the appropriate treatment protocol. Extractions are painless and do not disturb the patient. If the rules are followed after the extraction, a smooth recovery process is experienced.
